I was born Friday February the 13th, 1976. Even before birth I struggled. The doctor told my mother if she gave birth we both would die. Scared for her life she gave the doctor the ok to go ahead with the emergency abortion. Seconds before the doctor gave the nurse the go ahead, and angel cometh to my mother Mary and saidth unto thee, peace be still, have not you read the bible, have not you bare witness to the story of Mary of 2000 years before and the greatness of her child who was damn to death before taking his first breathe. Now you had your laugh. About me, the baby of 5 until my mother adopted my baby brother. Life changed as I knew it. The one thing a had was the baby position. Not having a spot to fill caused me to start acting out. From fighting, to stabbing, to shooting, to selling drugs to doing drugs. Wasn’t until I was arrested for murder (RIP King Keiwanee) did I realize how important life and freedom was. When the Judge said not guilty a new way of thinking come across me. From then until now. Life been one big roller coaster but I’m still here. This book, I hope will show all the youth no matter what, you can over come. Never allow any one tell you, you can’t achieve and never allow yourself to convince you your goals is to hard. Nothing worth having is to hard. Stay focused, enjoy life and love God!
